The high performance mental seat butterfly valve uses a double eccentric and a special oblique cone elliptical seal structure. The problem that the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve is still in sliding contact friction when opening and closing 0° ~ 10° is solved. The sealing surface of the butterfly disc is separated when opening and sealed when closing, so as to prolong the service life and achieve the best sealing performance.

USES:

Used for gas pipeline in sulfuric acid industry: furnace front blower inlet, relay fan inlet, electric defogging series and unicom valve, main blower inlet, converter regulation, preheater inlet and cut-off gas use.

Used in sulfur burning, conversion and dry absorption section of sulfur acid production system, it is the first choice of valve for sulfur acid production device.
