What is the function of a manual butterfly valve? Manual butterfly valves are typically used in industrial production pipelines as control components of the pipeline. Soft-sealed butterfly valves have good sealing performance, but they are greatly affected by temperature. The working temperature range of rubber soft-sealed butterfly valves is 0-80℃, while that of fluorine-lined soft-sealed butterfly valves is between -10 and 150℃. Soft-sealed butterfly valves are suitable for media such as fresh water, sewage, seawater, brine, steam, oil products and other weak acid and alkali media.

4. Butterfly valves, especially the double eccentric butterfly valves and triple eccentric butterfly valves among hard-sealed butterfly valves, are suitable for making large-diameter valves. Double eccentric butterfly valves are suitable for the opening, closing and regulation of ventilation and dust removal pipelines. They are widely used in ventilation and dust removal pipelines in the metallurgical industry, light industry, power industry, petrochemical industry, etc. The application fields of the triple eccentric butterfly valve are more extensive. It not only inherits the advantages of high temperature and high pressure resistance of the metal hard-sealed butterfly valve, but also has the excellent sealing performance of the soft-sealed butterfly valve. It is a good alternative to gate valves, globe valves and ball valves.
